What You’ll Do Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). Implement treatment plans and interventions designed by the OT. Assist patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living skills and routines. Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress. Collaborate with the OT and other members of the healthcare team. Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by ACOTE. Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassion and a genuine desire to help others. Benefits Competitive salary.
