Occupational Therapist

The Staff Pad is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join an outpatient clinic in Helena, Montana. The Occupational Therapist provides evaluation and treatment of patients referred by an MD for Occupational Therapy services. Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation. Develops a plan of care for patients after evaluation. Documents all care provided and ensures that charges are entered accurately and timely per department policy. Participates in planning for budget needs, works as a team member with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Maintains accurate records and reports on patient progress. Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans. Provides education and training to patients, families, and caregivers. Stays current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
