As the Occupational Therapist Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
- Lead & Mentor: Provide day-to-day service delivery guidance, answer questions, and offer strategies for complex cases.
- Train & Develop: Deliver training, induction programs, and supervision for new and existing team members.
- Quality Assurance: Review clinical reports, offer constructive feedback, and maintain best practice standards.
- On-the-Ground Support: Attend appointments alongside your Occupational Therapists to provide hands-on assistance and training.
- Clinical Excellence: Undertake assessments and interventions for NDIS clients (reduced caseload), writing reports and management plans.
- Holistic Environments: Work across family homes, group homes, day programs, schools, the community, and local offices.

- Ownership of your own calendar to schedule appointments in line with your lifestyle
- Suburban office locations with free onsite or local parking
- Part-time, reduced hours, or compressed nine-day fortnights (after probation)
- One additional week of annual leave per year after three years of service
- Expert Support: A dedicated team of discipline-specific specialists, each with 20+ years of clinical Occupational Therapy experience. Get one-on-one and group training sessions plus round-the-clock advice.
- Interdisciplinary Training: Take part in live or recorded internal professional development sessions, including Special Interest Groups, discipline-specific in-services, and multi-disciplinary in-services.
- Career Pathways: Explore clinical specialisations or even step into other areas such as Positive Behaviour Support or Rehabilitation Consulting. Regional or interstate secondments and people-management pathways are also available. Work closely with your Manager and Learning & Development Manager to chart a course for your career ambitions.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- 3 years minimum postgraduate experience
