- Caseloads across clinic, community and home visits.
- Mixed paediatric & adult work (NDIS, community, private) with regular clinical CPD and strong team wellbeing.
- Provide assessment and intervention for paediatric and adult clients across NDIS, community and telehealth settings.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet KPI/quality standards.
- Participate in clinical supervision, team case review and ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to service growth, community engagement and team activities.
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Valid WWCC (QLD), NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check.
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for mobile caseloads.
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance (or ability to obtain before start).
- Applications welcome from new graduates and experienced clinicians.
- Salary $80,000–$110,000 (dependent on experience).
- PD allowance, paid study leave, KPI performance bonuses, equipment stipend.
- Laptop, phone and toll pass; access to clinical hubs and regular CPD.
- Relocation support negotiable for the right candidate.
Brisbane, Sydney (metro), Melbourne and Perth. Relocation support considered for exceptional candidates.
