Position Overview: As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive and evidence-based occupational therapy services to adult patients. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that address functional limitations and promote independence in activities of daily living. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and evidence-based practice. * Provide direct occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive equipment training. * Educate patients and their families on strategies to manage their conditions and maximize functional independence. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated patient care. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information. * Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance professional development. * Adhere to all relevant ethical and professional standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
