Skills and Experience: * A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy. * Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, or injury management setting. * Strong assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to develop rapport and build strong working relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders. * Proficiency in case management and report writing. * Demonstrated understanding of the workers’ compensation and injury management framework in Australia. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required. What We Offer: * A competitive salary package. * Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training. * A supportive and collaborative team environment. * The chance to make a real difference in people’s lives. * Flexible work arrangements may be considered. * Generous employee benefits program. * A company culture that values work-life balance and employee wellbeing.
