Occupational Therapist

At Rebound Health, you’ll work within a modern multidisciplinary clinic and take a lead role in supporting young adults and adults living with disability, neurological conditions or chronic illness. You’ll combine face-to-face clinic work, community visits and telehealth support — collaborating with physios, EPs, dietitians and other professionals to deliver truly integrated care. What you’ll do Provide high-quality occupational therapy services, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Collaborate with other health professionals to provide integrated care. Conduct home visits and community assessments as needed. Provide telehealth services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Participate in team meetings and professional development activities. What you’ll bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Registration with the relevant professional body. Experience working with adults and/or young adults with disabilities, neurological conditions, or chronic illness. Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. Experience in telehealth (desirable). Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting (desirable). What we offer Competitive salary.
