Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist, you will ensure patient documentation, records, and accurate data to reflect treatment provided and satisfy standards. Your role involves assessing and implementing treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal independence by improving and restoring skills in self-care, daily living, and work activities. Your Role Document patient occupational therapy records with full accuracy. Provide functional, cognitive, and perceptual assessment and training of daily activities, including but not limited to: self-care, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, mobility, transfers, and communication. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, taking into account their physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress notes. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and guidelines.
