We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Tucson, AZ. Position Overview: As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in various settings, including homes, clinics, and assisted living facilities. You will evaluate patients' functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve their daily living skills and overall quality of life. Responsibilities: * Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and goals. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals. * Provide direct occupational therapy services, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and training in activities of daily living (ADLs). * Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure coordinated patient care. * Document patient progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information in a timely and accurate manner. * Educate patients and their families on home programs and strategies to promote independence. * Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment. * Adhere to all relevant ethical guidelines and professional standards. Qualifications: * Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. * Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona. * Experience working with a variety of patient populations (preferred). * Strong clinical skills, including evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
