Position Overview As an Occupational Therapist (OT) in our Pool, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients across various settings. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and help patients achieve their functional goals. Your dedication and expertise will contribute to our mission of enhancing the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patients' goals. Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive equipment training. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Adhere to all relevant ethical guidelines and professional standards. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice. Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess, treat, and document effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
