They aim to provide excellent patient-centered care through evidence-based practices, innovative technology, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, communication, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients across the lifespan, including children, adults, and older adults. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote patient-centered care and optimal outcomes. • Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative technologies to deliver effective and efficient occupational therapy interventions. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and improve internal systems. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care. • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and research to continuously improve professional skills and knowledge. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant state or national regulatory body. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry developments.
