Job title: Occupational Therapist - NDIS- Graduates welcome | South East Melbourne Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per annum Location: South East Suburbs of Melbourne A highly respected, family-operated National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider, with a distinguished history spanning decades in the disability sector, is seeking a compassionate and evidence-based Occupational Therapist. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and goals. * Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans. * Providing direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions. * Collaborating with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. * Providing home visits * Writing reports and progress notes Requirements: * Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy. * Registration with AHPRA. * Experience working with NDIS participants (preferred, but not essential). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
