Job title: Occupational Therapist - NDIS- Graduates welcome | North of Melbourne Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per annum Location: North Suburbs of Melbourne A highly respected, family-operated National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider, with a distinguished history spanning decades in the disability sector, is seeking a compassionate and evidence-based Occupational Therapist. About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, client-centered services within the NDIS framework. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive assessments, developing personalized intervention plans, and facilitating the achievement of their goals. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and goals. * Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each client's specific requirements. * Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions to improve clients' functional abilities. * Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and outcomes. * Participate in team meetings and professional development activities. * Stay up-to-date with current best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.
