About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, client-centered services within the NDIS framework. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and goals. * Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each client's specific requirements. * Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions to improve clients' functional abilities. * Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and outcomes. * Participate in team meetings and professional development activities. * Stay up-to-date with current best practices and advancements in occupational therapy. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. * Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (OTBA). * Experience working with individuals with disabilities (desirable, but graduates are welcome to apply). * Strong clinical skills and the ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective intervention plans. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Current driver's license and access to a vehicle. * NDIS experience is highly regarded.
