About the Role As an Occupational Therapist at My Community Physio, you will: * Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions to clients in their homes and the community. * Develop and implement individualised treatment plans. * Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. * Participate in team meetings and professional development activities. What We Are Looking For * AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist. * Experience working with a diverse range of clients. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
