About the Position:
This is a hybrid role that offers Occupational Therapists the flexibility to work across the clinic, community, and from home. You’ll manage a mixed caseload, primarily NDIS (98%), tailored to your interest area including neurological, physical, and psychosocial needs.
- Access State-of-the-art clinic spaces (multiple specialised rooms including a low sensory room, paediatrics zone, and independent living simulation space)
- Flexible caseload tailored to your expertise and interests, including optional outreach work.
- Work vehicle provided for community visits.
- Uncapped professional development allowance and dedicated individual learning time each month
- Salaries from $85,000–$105,000 + Super, negotiable based on experience.
- Work tools provided: phone, iPad, laptop, and ergonomic chair of your choice.
- Structured career progression pathways: take on supervision responsibilities or specialise in a particular area of interest
- Comprehensive induction and onboarding program with tailored supervision.
- Flexible working hours and early Friday finishes at 2:30 PM.
