Occupational Therapist Team Lead | $110,000 - $120,000 | Brisbane

Are you looking for the addition responsibility of leading and mentoring a small team of 5, as well as having your own clinical caseload?

Want to work with an established and awarding-winning provider with Managers having up to 30 years of experience?

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist, a generalist in NDIS who is confident dealing with a mixed caseload and thrives in a Community based setting – 30mins radius from you!

This role is available Full Time or Part time.

You will need:

4+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Passionate about working with people with disabilities
Passionate about mentoring and supervising
APHRA Registration
Driver’s licence

You will get:

8 days extra leave
Strong bonus structure for billables above 5hr/day
