Occupational Therapist, Help Build a New Allied Health Practice in Canberra A growing allied health start-up is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help establish and shape a new service. The caseload is predominantly neurodivergent clients (core 18–40, with a growing 12–18 cohort), focused on functional and sensory assessments , regulation, and meaningful 1:1 interventions. This role suits a self-driven clinician who enjoys building systems, collaborating closely, and influencing the model of service development. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth and direction of our practice, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions and programs that meet the needs of our clients. You will also have opportunities to participate in professional development activities, contribute to research initiatives, and engage in peer-to-peer learning and support.
