Occupational Therapist
Clinic & Community | Generalist or Paediatrics | NDIS & Private
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. Choose a generalist caseload or paediatrics, with a flexible split between clinic and community based on client needs.
New graduates are welcome to apply, with structured support and supervision provided.
The Role

Deliver OT services across NDIS and private clients
Choose generalist or paediatric caseload
Work across clinic and community settings
Plan and deliver assessments, interventions, and reports
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
Manage a sustainable KPI of 5 per day
Earn bonuses for 5.5+ KPIs

What You’ll Bring

AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility)
Interest in NDIS and/or private practice
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong communication and time management skills
