Occupational Therapist - Graduate Program 2026

Job Description We are expanding our Campbelltown clinic team in 2026 and would love to welcome Graduate Occupational Therapists looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for our clients! On a daily basis you will be: Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner Assessing clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments Interpreting findings and developing individualised treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families Providing occupational therapy services to clients with a range of conditions, including but not limited to, physical, cognitive, and mental health disorders, and developing strategies to promote independence, participation, and well-being. You will also be responsible for: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, and contributing to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
