Occupational Therapist

About the Role: This Occupational Therapist role is part of a strong clinical MDT, whose focus is to reach those who need wellbeing support. This company offers, residential, and primary wellbeing support with a focus on mental health and addictions. Based in the Acute Day service, you will ensure patient and whānau engagement, inspire wellbeing, provide individual and group based occupational therapy intervention and ensure support plans are developed and reviewed. What you have to do: * Interact effectively with patients, families/whānau, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. * Provide individual and group-based occupational therapy interventions that promote patient engagement, participation, and empowerment. * Develop and review support plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. * Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
