Occupational Therapist

About the Role:
This Occupational Therapist role is part of a strong clinical MDT, whose focus is to reach those who need wellbeing support. This company offers, residential, and primary wellbeing support with a focus on mental health and addictions. Based in the Acute Day service, you will ensure patient and whānau engagement, inspire wellbeing, provide individual and group based occupational therapy intervention and ensure support plans are developed and reviewed.

What you have to do:
* Interact with individuals spanning various age groups and empower service users to optimise their wellness
* Demonstrated capability in working with Māori whānau.
* Excellent time management skills & attention to detail
* Ability to work as a team

What you have to have:
* Registered with NZ Occupational Therapy Board
* Hold a current APC
* Good understanding of community and mental health care
* Preferable 2 + years post graduate experience
