About the Role
Be part of a vibrant multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, wellbeing, and professional growth. This position offers a mix of services in clinic, people's homes, and worksites with the flexibility to work from home for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Vocational rehab, early intervention, stay-at-work, and return-to-work programs
  • Workplace assessments and tailored interventions to support recovery
  • Education and training for clients in both home and workplace settings
  • Working with GPs, specialists, employers, and whānau to deliver seamless care
  • Managing a diverse caseload across ACC contracts and private clients
  • Mentoring and supporting junior staff

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' of clinical experience
  • Passion for Vocational and Community Services
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Current practicing certificate, professional membership, and indemnity insurance
  • Full, clean driver's licence
  • Postgraduate qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Cultural awareness and familiar with Te Reo Māori would be advantageous
