About the role
Our client is dedicated to the development of their staff and have a new opportunity to travel and work within the community across Whangarei, working with patients in their own homes or their workplace. Provide your expertise as an Occupational Therapist and educate, train, and rehabilitate patients in their journey to gaining independence and returning to work.

What you have to do

• Conduct OT and workplace assessments
• Support clients post injury/illness with their return to work journey
• Work in the community in home and workplace environments
• Educate, train, and rehabilitate clients to be independent
• Collaborate with whanau and stakeholders

Skills and Experience

• Must be registered with the OT Board of New Zealand, and hold a current APC
• Hold a current full and clean driver's license with reliable transport
• Solid understanding of working with ACC claims and contracts
• Confidence working autonomously
• Passion for vocational and community services
