Occupational Therapist for Sydney- PT/FT

The Role The role will be either full or part-time (we will accommodate the hours you wish to provide). You will have the freedom to determine your hours of availability. Typical requirements include: Supporting NDIS participants through various assessments, interventions, assistive technology prescriptions, ongoing Capacity building therapy and home modifications. Completing case management notes and report writing on participant services. Liaise and collaborate with participants’ families, medical professionals, and other stakeholders. Developing and implementing individualized plans for each participant. Providing education and support to participants and their families. Maintaining accurate records of participant interactions and progress. Participating in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for participants. The role will require a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability.
