Sequoia Transitional Care SETTING: SNF START DATE: October or November GUARANTEE: 40 ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 weeks or longer if provider is interested REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Open to New Grads SCHEDULE: M-F; 8 hour days ADDITIONAL INFO: Very long time client of Delta SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Standard Presentables COVID VACCINE REQUIRED? Not needed TAKE HOME: BILL RATE: $80 - $85
