Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join their team in a permanent, full-time capacity. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a community role in Albany, WA.

Main Tasks:
  • Prescribe equipment and provide tailored recommendations to support client needs.
  • Deliver ongoing therapy and wellness solutions for NDIS and other scheme participants.
  • Support clients in achieving optimal mental and physical outcomes.
  • Work in line with the training plan and position description provided.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective Occupational Therapy services.
  • Complete Occupational Therapy-specific assessments, including home safety management for NDIS participants and aged care clients.
  • Conduct functional assessments to help NDIS participants maximise capacity and social engagement.
  • Provide assessment and treatment across diverse age groups, with a strong focus on neurological conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace that encourages professional development and career growth.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree or Masters in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Membership at relevant professional body
  • Goal orientated, professional and business focused
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
    and trust
  • Ability to meet targets and exceed client/patient
    satisfaction
  • Creating a safe and relaxed environment where clients feel
    comfortable
