Joining our Briar Hill team you'll find a close-knit, friendly and welcoming team where people genuinely come first, both in the care we provide and how we support each other.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes 6 passionate OTs (with onsite senior support), all dedicated to making a real impact. The caseload is varied and engaging, spanning NDIS participants with ASD, intellectual disability, psychosocial conditions, neurological and physical disabilities.

We’re based in a beautiful, leafy location with nature all around which is perfect for a peaceful lunch break or a quick mental reset. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Montmorency’s cosy cafés, boutique shops and vibrant local scene. Need to run errands? Greensborough Plaza is just around the corner. And yes, the vanilla slice at Briar Hill Bakery is worth the hype!



Day-to-day you will:

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

About You

You will also hold:

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
