Occupational Therapist | NDIS/Community | Melbourne West Permanent Full-time Commence in October or November 2025 The Role: At AHP (Australian Health Professionals), we deliver high-quality allied health services across NDIS, community and home care. You’ll support a varied caseload, delivering assessments, interventions, and ongoing therapy in clients’ homes and communities, with a focus on empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live independently. This role will involve working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised treatment plans that promote optimal health and wellbeing. You’ll also contribute to the development of new programs and services, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure our services are evidence-based and effective.
