Seeking an Occupational Therapist with home care package experience to join a well-established aged care and community service provider.
The role involves a mix of home care, residential facilities and respite services across High Wycombe, Midland, Carlisle and Windsor Park, all within a short travel radius. This position suits an Occupational Therapist who values autonomy, flexibility and the support of a large multidisciplinary team.

- $80,000 - $110,000 + Super
- Travel reimbursement for home visits and community work
- Mixed caseload including home assessments, modifications, cognitive assessments and aged care services
- Clinical support and mentoring available from senior OTs
- Professional development opportunities, including four PD days per year and two allied health training days
- Large allied health provider with over 40 professionals across disciplines
- Services delivered across home care, residential aged care and respite facilities
- Locations include Midland, Carlisle, Windsor Park and High Wycombe, all within a 10-minute radius
- Caseload includes older adults with diverse functional needs requiring occupational therapy
- Strong multidisciplinary team structure with supervision available depending on experience

Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- National Police Clearance, NDIS Clearance
- Valid License and have a car
