Occupational Therapist - 360 Balance

WHAT IS 360 BALANCE? 360 Balance is a new way of working at National 360. Developed to support working parents and those who feel they’d benefit from this type of schedule, 360 Balance enables team members to work full time during the school term with 12 weeks of paid leave annually, aligned with school holidays. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team, who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be working with children and young people who have a range of needs, including physical, sensory, and cognitive impairments. You will be working in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and community-based programs. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of the children and young people, developing and implementing individualized programs, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children and young people. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your work, and participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.
