Job Description Implement and manage the Occupational Health System in compliance with applicable legal requirements and standards, ensuring the development of operational health controls, promoting and protecting the occupational health of site employees. Main Functions and Responsibilities: Manage the on-site medical service Ensure legal and regulatory compliance related to occupational health Medical service documentation control Follow up on compliance with NOM-030-STPS Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the Occupational Health System Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of occupational health risks Identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks associated with site operations Provide training and guidance to employees on occupational health and safety Ensure that all medical services are provided in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. Promote a culture of occupational health and well-being among site employees.
