Preferred location : Bangalore but we are open to Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai as well JOB SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to support and drive the growth and operations of the Occupancy Management Practice in India. Working closely with the leadership team (focus on India while working alongside with the Regional Head of Occupancy Management and other Global Platform colleagues), the candidate will be responsible for growth & sustenance of the Occupancy Management Practice in India. This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in occupancy planning, space management, facilities management, or related fields. Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and change management is essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are necessary. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience working in India or other emerging markets is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can drive growth and operations of the Occupancy Management Practice in India. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders including business leaders, facility managers, and other teams to achieve goals. Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools is essential. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure is necessary. The candidate should have experience working in a similar role or related field, preferably in the real estate or facilities management industry. Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work collaboratively to achieve goals.
