Observability Engineer Specialist

We are looking for an Observability Engineer Specialist to join our technology team, with the mission of designing, implementing and evolving our monitoring and observability ecosystem.

You will be responsible for instrumenting applications and services with Datadog, creating indicators, dashboards and proactive alerts, as well as translating technical metrics into business insights that support strategic decisions and ensure system reliability.

This position requires a balance between software development, analytical vision and focus on business impact.

What will your daily routine be?

• Instrument applications and services using Datadog (APM, logs, metrics, RUM, synthetics);

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, SLIs and SLOs with both technical and business value;

• Create proactive alerts and triggers to anticipate incidents and reduce downtime;

• Collaborate with development squads to incorporate observability into CI/CD pipelines;

• Translate technical metrics into relevant indicators for customer experience and business impact;

• Support incident management processes with in-depth data-driven analyses;

• Promote good practices and observability culture throughout the organization.
