Observability Engineer

About the project Join an international team responsible for the development of a modern Observability platform used for monitoring production environments. You will participate in designing and developing telemetry solutions, creating dashboards, and implementing tools supporting system monitoring and performance analysis. The project is carried out using the Agile methodology, in an international environment, utilizing modern monitoring and automation technologies. Your responsibilities Design, development, and maintenance of Observability solutions Creation and development of dashboards in Grafana and Power BI Configuration of data sources (Prometheus, InfluxDB, AppDynamics) Building clear dashboards using variables, transformations, and best practices for data visualization Configuration of Grafana Alerting Implementation of provisioning as code / Infrastructure as Code Creation and development of scripts in Bash or Python Working with Git/Bitbucket repositories Analysis of production incidents and troubleshooting Active participation in sprint planning and proposing improvements Collaboration with an international team and business stakeholders Requirements Must have Grafana (including Grafana Alerting) Prometheus, InfluxDB, or AppDynamics Git or Bitbucket JSON Bash or Python Experience in designing and creating dashboards Ability to analyze production problems Communicative English language skills Nice to have Splunk Power BI Experience with Infrastructure as Code We offer Long-term project in an international environment Work on the development of modern Observability solutions Opportunity for real impact on the development of monitoring platforms Collaboration with an experienced team of specialists Development of competencies in Observability, DevOps, and Data Visualization Hypbrid work model (2 days a week from the office)
