We are seeking an Advanced Engineer Site Reliability to join our Observability team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining observability tools and platforms that enable real-time visibility into our IT infrastructure and applications. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain observability tools and platforms using various technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize observability requirements and implement solutions that meet those needs. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide real-time insights into our IT infrastructure and applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to observability tools and platforms. • Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support of critical systems. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on observability and monitoring tools. • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
