Facility Manager Property Management (m/f/d)

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a "Facility Manager (m/f/d) Facility Management".

Responsibilities

• As Facility Manager Property Management (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the technical operation of properties, including operator obligations and compliance.
• Furthermore, you will lead and manage the technical team, plan assignments, and coordinate resources efficiently.
• You will also organize maintenance, renovation, and repair measures, including quality assurance and budget control.
• In addition, you will develop processes and maintenance strategies and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Additionally, you will take over reporting, coordinate regularly with clients, and act as a central interface to authorities.

Qualifications

• You have a technical apprenticeship or a degree, e.g., in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you have several years of experience as a technical property manager (m/f/d), technical property manager (m/f/d), or Head of Facility Management (m/f/d) or in a similar field.
• You also possess sound knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, as well as in the area of occupational safety and operator responsibility.
• Furthermore, you impress with organizational talent and decisiveness.
• In addition, you work confidently with MS Office and CAFM systems and have a Class B driver's license.
