On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a "Property Manager (m/f/d) Facility Management".

Responsibilities

• As a Property Manager Facility Management (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the technical operation of real estate, including operator duties and compliance.
• In addition, you will lead and manage the technical team, plan assignments, and efficiently coordinate resources.
• You will also organize maintenance, renovation, and repair measures, including quality assurance and budget control.
• Furthermore, you will develop processes and maintenance strategies and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• In addition, you will take on reporting, coordinate regularly with clients, and act as a central point of contact for authorities.

Qualifications

• You have a technical apprenticeship or a degree, e.g., in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you have several years of experience as a technical property manager (m/f/d), technical property manager (m/f/d), or head of Facility Management (m/f/d) or in a similar area.
