Facility Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced facility manager to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a „Facility Manager (m/w/d)“, you will be responsible for the technical operation of properties, including maintenance and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• As Facility Manager (m/w/d), you will oversee the technical operation of properties, including maintenance and compliance tasks.
• You will lead and manage a team of technicians, plan assignments, and coordinate resources efficiently.
• You will organize maintenance, renovation, and repair projects, including quality control and budget management.
• You will develop processes, maintenance strategies, and ensure the enforcement of legal regulations.
• You will take on reporting tasks, regularly consult with clients, and serve as a central interface to authorities.

Qualifications

• You hold a technical education or degree in facility management, building engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of experience as a technical property manager (m/w/d), facilities manager (m/w/d), or leader (m/w/d) in a similar field.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and workplace safety and responsibility.
• You are characterized by organizational talent and decision-making strength.
• You work confidently with MS Office and CAFM systems and hold a class B driver's license.
