Tasks

You are excited about ...

• Sustainability: Participation in creating a more sustainable future
• Building supervision and coordination of all electrical trades (MSR, strong and weak current, safety and lighting technology)
• Interface management: Close cooperation with planning, site management, and project leadership
• Quality and deadline control: Ensuring the proper implementation of all services in the field of electrical engineering
• Review of execution plans, performance schedules, and supplements
• Demonstration & Communication: Protocol keeping, defect management, and technical reporting
• Participation in acceptance tests: Support during the handover process to building owners and operators

Qualification

You already have ...

• A comprehensive education in electrical engineering (ELT) (Master/Technician/Bachelor/Engineer)
• Professional experience: First experience in object monitoring, site management or execution in the field of TGA / electrical engineering and knowledge of the HOAI
• Technical understanding: Knowledge in planning or execution of electrical installations (e.g. power supply, BMA, ELA, EDV, KNX, MSR)
• Soft skills: Team spirit, sense of responsibility, communication strength
• EDV: Safe handling with MS Office, ideally also with tendering and documentation tools
