Aufgaben

• Object supervision of large construction sites of all electrical trades according to LP8 HOAI
• Leading, guiding, and supervising all executing TA companies on the construction site
• Systematic quality control and checking of all building and execution regulations
• Using the construction monitoring software for documentation and quality control of the execution
• Taking over internal LP5 planning
• Checking W&M planning for quality defects and monetary deviations from the building plan
• Timely countersteering in case of concern & hindrance notifications
• Preliminary preparation of LVs and technical specifications (ORCA/Award)
• Systematic information to project management about construction progress
• Tight communication with technical trades and high-rise construction as well as on-site companies and professionally involved parties
• Supporting the team in preparing technical and financial proposals for new orders
• Participation in steering, accounting, and monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality controls
• Conducting technical due diligence inspections of buildings

Qualifikation

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree or TA Master/Technician (m/w/d) for Electrical Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of HOAI and VOB
• Professional experience in construction site supervision ELT
• Good knowledge of ORCA or comparable software
• Broadening experience in the field of TA/MEP plant engineering
• Fluent communication skills in German, good English skills are an advantage
• Experience in dealing with clients
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary building planning
• (over-)regional travel readiness
