Object Supervisor / Construction Supervisor HVAC (m/f/d) | Berlin

At our Berlin location, we are looking for an
Object Supervisor / Construction Supervisor HVAC (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Independent coordination, supervision, and quality control of HVAC trades on the construction site
• Management and monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality during the execution phase
• Creation, maintenance, and tracking of schedule plans as well as monitoring of construction progress
• Execution of VOB-compliant correspondence
• Creation of quality assurance and construction site reports with digital project management tools (e.g., PlanRadar)
• Documentation of the construction process through daily site reports
• Verification of measurements as well as control of invoices and additional claims
• Execution and accompaniment of acceptances according to VOB
• Tracking and documentation of defects during the construction execution and warranty phase
• Competent point of contact for clients, specialist planners, executing companies, and other project participants

Qualifications

Completed studies in building services engineering, building technology, energy and building technology, or technical building equipment (TGA) with a focus on HVAC

Alternatively, further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the fields of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, or sanitary technology

Several years of professional experience in object supervision, construction supervision, or construction management of HVAC systems desirable

Sound knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and relevant technical regulations

Proficient in MS Office as well as industry-specific software such as PlanRadar, AVA ORCA, or comparable applications

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

High communication skills and assertiveness

Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Driver's license class B
