Object Overseer / Construction Manager (m/f/d)

For our stand-alone project 'Objektüberwacher / Bauleiter (m/f/d)', we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced construction manager who is passionate about building and has a keen sense of responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This includes: • Project planning and coordination with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders; • Budgeting and cost control; • Quality assurance and quality control; • Site management and supervision; • Coordination with local authorities and regulatory bodies; • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and health protection measures; • Monitoring and reporting on project progress and performance. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction engineering, architecture, civil engineering or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a construction manager or site manager; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; • Proficiency in MS Office and other common software tools.
