Job Description
We ensure the value of our properties and guarantee a trouble-free production operation with our competent services. We are responsible for the infrastructural and technical maintenance of buildings and facilities at our locations in Zürich, Widen, Birr, Ennetbürgen, Kirchberg, and Baar. In addition to preventive maintenance work, we are also responsible for repairs and cleanliness in properties and outdoor areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Responsibility for the technical and infrastructural operation at our headquarters in Baar
- Maintenance of facilities, coordination with external service providers
- Carrying out small technical works independently
- Maintaining technical data in the CAFM system
- Monitoring, rectifying, and implementing measures for technical equipment failures
- Collaboration on construction and maintenance projects
- Responsibility for area maintenance
- Support with real estate management tasks
- Implementation and enforcement of EHS regulations
- Deputizing for the Object Manager colleague at other Sika locations
