Project Manager (m/w/d) - Project Development & Customer Support

We are experts in technical facility management and offer comprehensive solutions in refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology as well as electrical engineering. With around 50 employees, we develop smart and sustainable solutions to support our customers in achieving their goals.

We are looking for a Project Manager (m/w/d) - Project Development & Customer Support at the earliest possible time in Hamburg.

Tasks

• Self-contained processing (commercial-technical) of small construction projects
• Conducting site visits
• Planning and coordination of own employees and external companies
• Development and creation of offers and contracts
• Customer service and support – by phone and email
• Processing customer inquiries and creating order confirmations

Qualification

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Professional experience in an office, preferably in a craft business with a focus on HKLS
• Necessary understanding of commercial and technical aspects
• Application-safe computer/PC knowledge, especially in the use of MS-Office
• Engagement, flexibility, initiative, and self-reliance
• Organizational talent and communication strength
• Solid German language skills in writing and speaking
