Technical Building Management Leadership (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as Technical Building Management Leadership (m/w/d) for our customer at the Munich Airport.

Tasks

• Comprehensive object care and organization, including coordination of all activities in technical building management
• Steering of contractually agreed service provision in the customer's object, including quality assurance
• Safeguarding of budget compliance and conducting ongoing revenue and cost controls within the scope of responsibility
• Leading the object team and planning personnel deployment and staff development
• Responsibility for ensuring compliance with relevant statutory provisions, norms, and guidelines applicable to the area of responsibility
• Preparation and maintenance of object-specific documentation and reporting

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of vocational training in the field of technical building equipment, facility management, or master craftsman
• Multiple years of professional experience in comprehensive object care
• Ideal experience in staff leadership
• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as a high sense of quality awareness
• Communication strength, professional demeanor, and approachable appearance
• Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented action, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Proficient handling of MS-Office and driver's license class B
