  • Management and support of technical projects considering quality, schedule, and economic goals
  • Central point of contact for customers in all technical and organizational matters of Facility Management
  • Responsibility for the organization and supervision of maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on technical building systems with a focus on electrical engineering as well as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
  • Independent planning, coordination, and control of agreed technical services and their timely implementation
  • Monitoring compliance with all relevant legal regulations, technical standards, and occupational safety and fire protection regulations
  • Responsibility for budget planning, cost control, and economic management of the assigned areas
  • Technical leadership and support of the technical team to ensure smooth operation and high service quality

  • Completed technical training (apprenticeship, vocational college) preferably in electrical engineering, HVAC, or building technology
  • Extensive knowledge in the field of building services/building technology
  • Experience in the facility management industry is an advantage
  • Good IT skills, including the use of CAFM systems
  • Excellent team skills, reliability, and high commitment
  • Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
  • Possession of a valid driving license class B

For this position, an annual gross salary starting from €50,000 (on a full-time basis) is provided.
