Aufgaben

• Ensuring the smooth operation of all technical systems under compliance with all legal regulations
• Coordination and control of external service providers in use
• Monitoring and controlling all maintenance cycles of technical systems
• Carrying out minor repair work independently
• Accompanying and supporting during construction measures
• Maintenance and upkeep of outdoor facilities, both green and paved areas

Qualifikation

• Techncial education or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in technical fields, ideally in the real estate or object technology sector
• Fundamental knowledge of building technology and structural substance is advantageous
• Prior relevant certifications are a plus
• Outstanding organizational skills and structured work approach
• Self-employed work combined with team orientation
• High flexibility and engagement in changing tasks
• Team capability and motivation to actively contribute
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
