Santé Object Leader

Object Leader Santé (m/w/d) Work location: Zihlschlacht and two old people's and nursing homes Workload: 80-100% Start date: Immediately or upon agreement Department: Reception / Household / Hospitality Your tasks Operational responsibility for the support services for several customer mandates in the healthcare sector (qualitatively, financially, and personally) Leadership, promotion, and continuous development of a team of approximately 55 employees Maintenance of a permanent customer contact and response to customer inquiries and requests Coordination with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service Provision of support services for various customer mandates in the healthcare sector, including but not limited to: - Support for patients and their families - Support for medical staff and other healthcare professionals - Support for administrative tasks and documentation - Support for quality management and continuous improvement Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of support services and implementation of necessary adjustments and improvements Your qualifications and skills - Proven experience in a similar role or function - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Familiarity with healthcare sector and its challenges - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and requirements Your benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional development and growth - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Flexible working hours and remote work options - Access to training and education programs - Recognition and reward for outstanding performance
