Project Manager (f/m/d) Technical Facility Management in Bonn - JobID 26667

• Independent execution of technical property management for assigned properties – including supplier evaluation, complaint management, and third-party company control
• Planning, coordination, and control of measures within the property as well as ordering, monitoring, controlling, and accepting services rendered
• Informing and advising business partners as well as attending coordination meetings, appointments, and training sessions – also at other locations
• Quality assurance of technical property master data and creation of customer and supplier reports (e.g., cost control, energy consumption) including environmental and energy management
• Conducting tender invitations, submissions, and creating price comparisons as a basis for decisions and awards
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty (typically 3–4 times per year for one week each)

• Completed technical college degree or a vocational training with a specialized focus (e.g., real estate agent) with several years of relevant professional experience
• Alternatively: Qualification as a master craftsman or technician, preferably in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitation (HLS)
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in facility management and property management
• Confident use of SAP R/3 as well as standard MS Office software
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Driving license class B
