Property Manager (m/f/d) Technical Facility Management - JobID 25699

• Central point of contact for the client on-site and responsible for operator management
• Responsible for the implementation of maintenance and inspection work
• Take on the technical leadership of the on-site team and promote further development
• Monitor statutory inspection deadlines and requirements, as well as warranty, defect, and damage management
• Timely rectification of all occurring defects and their clearance notification to the client
• Calculation and quotation preparation for regular and project services

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training as a master craftsman or state-certified technician in electrical engineering, HVAC, refrigeration technology, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a similar position is desirable
• Confident use of Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong communication, persuasion, and assertiveness skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach, as well as independent and structured way of working
• Driving license class B
